Ty did an excellent job! He was quick to respond, professional, and handled my truck with great care. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to him. Highly recommend his service!

Polite, helpful, and kind and the gentleman who helped me went above and beyond. He discovered the source of the problem and he was able to help me enough to get on my way and he Showed me where the problem was so that i coyld repirt it correctly, he made sure that I was comfortable. And the problem was fixed, and I was safe enough to go before finishing his work and i'm sorry I didn't get his name, but I truly appreciate his help today.

Showed up rather quickly compared to most companies. Guy was professional and efficient. Troubleshooted the issue, found it, fixed it, and I was back on the road after just a few moments. Solid company

The technician arrived sooner than expected, which I appreciated. He was professional, courteous, and clearly explained what he was checking and what his diagnosis was. The interaction itself was very pleasant and handled well. The only issue was that the hood was not secured after it was opened. That was the sole reason for the four-star rating. Otherwise, the service was satisfactory.

Other than the wait time, I have no complaints. I didn’t get the name of the mechanic that came to the rescue but he did call me personally to get my location and showed up ASAP! 🙌🏾 Not only was he cool and down to earth, he was also about his business! He came, Quickly diagnosed the problem (bad brake chamber on trailer) and had the chamber off, new one on and had me up and rolling within an hour, hour thirty (after waiting for 5hrs and burning up my drive clock) If the case would’ve been put in sooner it could’ve been a 2 hour MAYBE 3 hour turnaround instead of 6 total hours but all in all, the mechanical side did a great job. Customer service needs a LITTLE work, as for as urgency is concerned but the woman I spoke with confirming my breakdown was an angel ❤️
